Ive never experienced worse customer service in my life. Staff clearly do not want to be at work and take their sweet time serving customers. If "serving" is even the right word. Walked in ten minutes before closing time and was refused service even though I was picking up a package that would have fit in my mailbox in the first place. for over 5 years its been horrible experience after horrible experience but unfortunately there isn't much I can do about it. Go to the rose bay north post office instead the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A post office that is only open weekdays from 9-5 is worse than useless for people who have a day job. Prefer it if they closed it down and routed undelivered parcels to rose bay.

The people who run this post office are hands down the laziest most incompetent scumbags I’ve ever come across in my life!
