completely unhelpful and kept messed up international mails and parcels. 
mails and parcels stayed at post office for long days and no reminders be sent out and then I received a reminder AFTER I collected my mails.

Worst service ever, the post in Australia is worst than the administration but when you have unprofessional people taking care of an office it’s worst ! Huge problem of organisation and customer services !
