Terrible staff, very rude and have an attitude. They were closed 1 week before Christmas and probably won't open till 2nd Jan. They didn't give any notice about this so my Xmas presents that were delivered to my PO Box are stuck there till they open up again.

Horrible service, rude and careless staffs. Feels like they can't even understand what you say (or just pretending they don't), and trying so hard to make money in every possible way! (like requesting you to buy packaging or tapes that is not even necessary at all)
