Advertising for passport photo, but in reality they don't want to do it, refused to do for my daughter by excusing they have fix camera. N suggesting to go to another shops which is much more costly. Why would you advertise then???

Worst run company in Australia without a doubt, they send a delivery guy to give me a collect card when we are a business open from 7am to 5pm so clearly made no attempt so i have to waste minimum 30 minutes to pick it up, what is the person who paid for this actually paying for! Corrupt

Came in for photo ID waited ages in line when served I was asked to wait while they dealt with the line.. I waited in line like everybody else yet I was made to wait while everyone else was served..
