Worst experience i dont know how staff can be this rude in today day and age in customer service. They seems annoyed and use word like what instead of sorry. I am sorry so say this but staff need to get training for customer service.

I've been going here for years and haven't had any major issues. The staff have always been friendly and helpful despite the high volume of customers they have to go through everyday. If a mistake is made (which has only happened once or twice) they always apologise and make it right.

Impatient and rude staff. The staff always have trouble in finding parcels and always ask the customer if he/she have already collected his/her parcel in a rude way.

I use Kogarah and Usyd post offices and Kogarah is often much slower and often I have to pay more for postage. They get the job done eventually but there is always a long wait and slow processing.

I've been to a lot of post offices and Kogarah is by far the worst customer service. Very disappointing and rude.
