Was there for 6 hours. Staff looked worn out. Put on a computer with 10 minutes of assistance. No one around after that to help accept the security guard, he was the most helpful of them all. Filled in enough information to come close to a CIA job application. Staff could,t even answer the basic questions, or avoided them. Could not care less if I am evicted in a weeks time because I had an accident and cannot work because I work on a casual pool. Full time is too much for me at my age. This office seriously needs to get it's act together. They may thinked they are overworked, they should try being a nurse at 59.

I found most of my experiences at this Centrelink positive. I have seen Jane twice and I found her really pleasant to deal with. She knows her stuff and is caring I feel. Thank you very much Centrelink Leichhardt! If you apply for Newstart, you may have to visit Centrelink 7 times. I visited Centrelink 4 times last week and 3 times this week. It's not the staff in the Centrelink office's fault that you may have to visit so many times, so treat them kindly. It's just the way the system has been set up. Yes it is a big waste of time to have to visit so many times, but try to cope with this until your claim is up and running, and then hopefully you won't have to visit Centrelink as often after that. If you have a choice, I recommend going to this Centrelink rather than others (like Burwood) as it is much more spacious ... and as such people aren't so crammed in, which can lead to a heightened feeling of stress or claustrophobia.

Lost my wallet, just came from RMS in Marrickville where it took 5 minutes to order a new license. Here to order a replacement Medicare card. I left after not being seen for an hour. On the plus side the vegetables and noodles I had sitting in my hot car I purchased for dinner have cooked themselves.

i dont know what is up with the female staff of this store. There's only a couple of men working here and you're lucky if you're booked in with them, but if you have to deal with the lady at the front counter, may whichever god you believe in help you. You're about to have the most annoying interaction ever in your life.

I’m awaiting an answer on my phone, it’s been 39 mins listening to the awful Muzak.. this is ridiculous. When I did eventually get thru, I got the Nazi who thinks he is paying me outta his pocket, the flipping freak..
