I enjoy my brief but regular visits to Carlton Post Office. The couple that run the business are always friendly and with a "how are you today". When the queue is long, it'd be nice to have an extra person on hand, but that's not so common to become an issue.

Very helpful and knowlegeable about all aspects of postage overseas and in Australia. I have used their services on many occasions and have high praise for their knowledge, friendly manner and professionalism.

Their attitude is so bad. And they try to rip you off for printing services ect., where other post office provides them free of charge. Worst one so far. Very bad!!

Very lazy people with zero customer skills. They say they close at 5 pm, I was there at 4.50pm yet they refused to serve me even though it was urgent. I went to Allawah post office where the lady was ever so helpful and polite understanding the urgency of the matter and giving me priority. That is how to keep customers. I am never doing any business with Carlton post office again. The couple there are the laziest ever
