Laziest council I have ever come across. Only do what they deem necessary and nothing else. I have called the customer service line half a dozen times this morning, no answer, or answering service whatsoever. Funny though, when the Golf is being held at the Lakes golf course, you will notice the streets are clean, gardens are all refreshed and maintained. But for us ratepayers, anything you ask is a problem.

Called Bayside Council today 02 93663666 sooke to one Bridgitte who hung up on me saying this was the third time she was telling me that I called Mascot Council and I kept telling her Mascot or Botany Council doesn't exist, anyway the reason I called, my enquiry wasnt answered, we pay huge rates, and get this kind of service from the council and staff hanging up on us , no reprimand

Have written to council four times asking why green fees for Botany Golf Course members have gone up 60 per cent in one go and have received no response.

Called about 5 times, never picked up. Didn't know that there was such thing as a breakfast break.

Botany Council will sit on simple Development Application for months and taking up to 8 months to make a decision which will be a decline, either inexperienced planners or just lazy need to be transferred elsewhere
