What a joke!! Waiting on hold for over 45 mins talking to 3 different workers and the she straight out tells me that the computer doesnt work properly and will need to transfer me over to another worker. Then hangs up on me! Useless!!!!! I want to give them money by registering my abn for gst. Great government service.

poor service! A request for information that was handled over the counter in 5 minutes, took 30 minutes of frustration to get them look for the required information. Two stars are for the good location at Martin Place
