Ridiculous service. Waited for bus 410 from Macquarie centre towards Burwood and hurstville. Two buses did not come on their scheduled time. Waited 40min in the cold for nothing. NSW gov needs to stop privatising services to private companies. Not even meeting service quality standards.

Useless drivers that dont know the correct routes....Anderson Rd concord has never been a bus route yet these drivers seem to make up their own The way they block lanes to turn corners they think they are drivjng b doubles but the former government drivers didnt have issues
