Worst customer service it’s look they are dealing with zombies, I handed documents requested for the claim last year and claim got rejected because haven’t supplied requested documents which I did on time and this centre fail to upload in my time frame followed for this claim I requested case officer to send me the review application, filled again came to this centre two weeks ago and try to upload in front of my eyes they rejected me to do infront and gave me assurance they will do it as soon as possible . Now it’s more than two weeks documents are still with them and haven’t uploaded and case officer says he’s still waiting for the documents (bank statement max 4 pages) Worst centre hope centre link take action on this centre I say they are the worst , line up for 30mins they are saying it’s 3:30 we cant take anymore so u gotta come back tomorrow it’s ok for me what about that are really old and line up for 30 mins and why the hell didn’t they rectify before and stop it if they can’t handle more . Worst Management and staff is really rude If u looking for some help and information don’t visit it’s waste of time and staff is not properly trained
