Great customer service. The elderly man (Amorr lol)that process the passports is very helpful. He is such a nice man with a great sence of humour.😊😊

The worst post office I have ever seen. They are very uncooperative and the owner of the shop talk very loud and rude. Went there twice but could not collect my parcel. I gave them originals of passsport, medicare card, bank card, MyPost card and bank statement but they did not release my parcel. Rather they told me to get the NSW photo ID and proof of age card  just to collect my parcel. Funny people.

Excellent service and efficient staffs always go extra mile to give their best shot. Never upset even if you don't have an appointment for things like citizenship application lodgement or any other stuff where you need so. More than happy to help out with a smile in their face. I recommend anyone visit there and can assure to have fully content service.

Very good experience at Punchbowl post office on Wednesday.  Very helpful services with passport photo and registered post. Very professional staff who are dedicated and helpful.

Very bad experience. I gave them an ID that was good enough at another post office and they denied it. The boss is very rude and inconsiderate regardless of what you are collecting is urgent or not. 

I called up and the person who picked up was rude & spoke to me with a loud and rude tone over the phone. I was hung up on as well.

Owner/Boss needs to change and a different boss could do a massive positive impact.

Shameful. Very shameful quality of customer service.
