Applied my TFN at this store. Useless, i called them but they said my name isn't on their system when, they said it takes 28 days. It's been more than 28 days. Rude customer service on the phone. A Women yelled at me saying that their job for me is done, We have gave you the receipt, it is up to the ATO to finalise your TFN. Worst customer service, i've ever experienced.

The line seems to be busy however, five stars for the self checkout to always be clear as most of their customers are older (no offence) and the staff always say hello if they're not busy

Busy place, it's quite active and the shop is small. A lot of staff means that you will be looked after quickly, but it feels very crammed for my liking.

Au Post are usually great, however this local bankstown shop have the worst customer service ive seen.. may i say a bit racist as well. i received a package from an ebay purchase and i shook the package and it sounded broken (didn't open it), so i wrote on it "RETURN TO SENDER" then took it to this location today and this mean faced white lady looked at me and said that i had to pay for return postage. And that other white man with the skinny face was looking and didn't say a word as if agreeing to it! Didn't have time to argue with her so just took it to another post office location and they happily accepted it without any questions! Bet if i was a white dude they would've been all smiles and accepted the package. i also will be contacting Au Post to file a formal complaint, just gathering all the evidence to support my claim.
