Visited Rockdale service centre today, not professional at all, gave us the wrong form, wasted 1 hour. and very good at kicking the balls to other departments.
Visited the bayside council customer service section and the staff member I believe her name was theresa or close was super helpful and information - making the process to register my pet as smooth as possible - thank you!
I don't get how they even get a customer service job when they are so rude and impatient. Please provide some basic training to your staff.
Council approved work for digger and jackhammering on Albyn Street from 9:30pm to now which is almost midnight on a freaken Sunday night right outside my window. This should not have been approved at all.
Bayside Council are one of the most corrupt councils in NSW. They do not take responsibility for anything. They fail to regulate and to satisfy community standards. They refuse to follow their own policies. There is little to no customer service. To them it's all about their own personal gain and image, and they are only a council for the developers
Absolutely shocking and corrupt. This council who can’t take responsibility for the Mascot Towers is micromanaging an inaudible noise in one apartment of 330. Not only ordering the owners corp to pay over $90k to fix this noise which is under 25 decibels and can’t be heard by anyone else in the complex but fining the owners corp because the work wasn’t done quickly enough during the Covid pandemic and lockdowns. Disgraceful and very suspicious behavior.
One of the worst councils in all of Sydney. Council staff are rude, the planners have no idea what they're doing and approve developments that would only occur in our equal bad councils, significant underprovisioning of open space, social infrastructure and retail spaces. It's going to take a decade to undo the damage that short term planning decisions have done to this local government area.
Bayside council seems to struggle with the idea of having well-kept and usable green spaces. They also don't seem to like trees either. The rangers are rude, and the council seems to hold a very un-dog-friendly attitude. It's almost like they are trying to get as much revenue as possible, without having any morale.
Give Bayside Council a high miss. Rude and abrupt phone manner, does absolutely nothing. What exactly do we pay rates for, propping up this pathetic excuse of a Council. Vote Labor out.
It is the worst council I have never dealt with. Only knows how to collect money from rate payers but do not do a thing.
