When I miss the days before websites and apps, I go here to line up in the queue to remember how it was back in the olden days. It's one of the rare places that are still remaining in Sydney where you can hear the staff mutter, "sorry, our mainframe computer is down" if it's your extra lucky day. The queue are long and slow, but that's the fun part, you see! Standing in the queue makes me feel less lonely than using the website from my home. Also I get to practice my Chinese that I'm learning from Duolingo with the multilingual staff, or if I'm lucky, with someone in the queue behind me. I'm looking forward to my next visit when the queue is the most busy. Also, Vanessa, thanks for helping me with those tricky pronunciations!
Huge queues Completely unhelpful staff who don't give a toss Can't even look up simple information a d asked to call up. Told receptionist I had a Medicare question. Got sent to a Centre link person who had to keep going off to ask a Medicare person. Welcome to "Services Australia"
The branch is here ONLY to help the aged or disabled customer to setup an account or teach you how to use online service or install App on your phone. If you have any real problem, my advice is just dialling the mygov number and get some specialist to serve you over the phone.
I had a great experience in their services. Got issues with my Medicare and Centerlink and they fix it in a couple of minutes. The people are nice and approachable.
Not very helpful at all. When I asked questions that I needed clarification on, the young man at the counter even did the eye roll. My one star went to the friendly security guard.

I would left a zero star if I can. My parents only speak mandarin and they can only go to hurstville branch. However no matter what question or service my parents ask for they only give them a number and rudely ask them to call themselves. If i can solve the problem by making phone call why do i bother to come to the office. Terrible service
The staff were very efficient and lovely . Especially one of the staff by the name of Vesna she was very professional and was able to complete my request . I was totally impressed how she handled my queries . Very efficient and knowledgeable.
No customer service at all. Staff needs proper training.
