The front receptionist is so bloody rude. I’ve waited for about an hour on a quiet day, and everyone who came after me had already had their jobs done and left. When I went to complain and ask how long I’ll have to wait, the receptionist looked at her computer and had obviously made a mistake. She then remarked that we didn’t even have to wait that long. Turns out the lady that was supposed to serve us went out for lunch and just left us. I’m so disappointed about this experience. Don’t want to go there again.

Terrible! I came last Friday at 4pm to hand out the form, the front receptionist which is a western man was very rude threw my form on one desk and said they can't accept any work otherwise they can't finish on time! Today I received a call and informed me to come and supply the ID. The front desk Chinese lady acted like every body own her $1million! Oh my good! Why we pay to these unpleasant people to work for us!
