Visited on 8/2 mid-morning. The female staff that looked after the front counter, wearing black, she was very patient and helpful! Very professional. Pity that I didn't ask for her name or get to say thank you to her when I left.nWish they'd have more staff stationed in such a busy location.
One of the most important people in a business is the front office face , the meet or greet individual that should welcome & help direct you. Milan you don’t seem to like your job or your work place & i strongly recommend you think of a career change . You struggled to smile & Cleary had no desire to help others. You made me fill in unnecessary forms & were quick to shut down questions I was asking. I found that unwelcoming & rude especially after waiting over an hour to be served.
