I’d like to just like to give a massive thank you to Nat and Aspa for their amazing help today when registering my unregistered motorcycle. I was missing a few documents not provided by the old owner and they explored all the options available to get my vehicle registered. Never felt more comfortable about a messy situation. Would 100% recommend this Service NSW for speed and customer satisfaction.
Had terrible experience, staff have bad attitude and visibly annoyed. The computers crashed before taking the HPT test and I failed my first attempt because the touch screens were non responsive. They insisted they never had this issue before. But the computer next to me had the same issue and the lady failed twice because of it. I had to pay for a second test which passed with ease. This branch need new staff and computer hardware.
The waiting area is light filled, and it is easy to see the queuing/waiting screens and where to go once called. Staff are helpful, and luckily I only needed to visit twice to change over some regos etc.
The service is fast.They're really nice, very patient and helpful, especially Aspa and the lady that approached us first didn't see her name tag.
Natalie the manager was very rude and didn't speak in a respectful way, her facial expression scared me gave me the impression she's doing everything but not helping me with the issues I came in for. Definitely not a helpful person

Counter 10 lady today was very patient and helpful even though I didn't accomplish what I needed to today. Counter 3 lady was very very very rude and impatient. It was a very degrading experience.
Christie was very rude and was unprofessional. Had the worst experience and her management skills were very poor. She should be performanced management out of the organisation and should not be given a government job or a job that entails a management position
There’s a lady named Violeta and she was so rude, I was working with another lady and we were trying to work out an issue and she just kept interfering. Natalie was so great. That’s why I gave it two
