I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Amanda Xiao at Service NSW. She was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Amanda took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Service NSW. Thank you, Amanda!
One of the female workers asked me to wait when getting my WWC check and I did for about 10-15 minutes until I asked one of the workers where she was and apparently she had just went on her break. I think it was the lady with glasses on August 4th working from 12-1pm and for her service alone I would've gave this place 2 stars but 3 gentlemen workers were kind enough to take care of me after seeing how annoyed I was.
I was served by a middle-aged Chinese woman who repeatedly said, “You need to READ,” and “You’re not READING,” while pointing out a mistake I made on a form. I had clearly misinterpreted the question, which was poorly worded and unclear.nnTo be repeatedly berated over a single, honest mistake is unacceptable. The staff here are usually excellent, but she made a point of turning a minor issue into an unnecessary rant, which could have easily been addressed with basic courtesy.nnI truly can’t comprehend why some people feel entitled to be so rude during such a brief interaction, especially over something so trivial. I made no fuss, yet she gave me an attitude and didn’t even bother to let me review the photo she took of me.
Horrendous customer service.nTicketing staff don’t really listen or care what the issue is and will do everything they can to make it not their problem. If you manage to get to a counter they a rude dismissive also with a not my problem attitude. Even after explaining what i was there for and showing proof that service nsw was where i need to go was told “they didn’t really want to deal with it”nThe elderly lady behind me was told to go to selfservice when she said no and request a counter she was removed from premise for being “disruptive”nworst service nsw I’ve been to second only to Wynyard
Subject: License, photo ID and WWCC.nnI went 3 times this week to get a WWCC. All of the staffs were very helpful except the man I met on my first day ie on Tuesday.nHowever, this morning, everything went fine and the lady who was sitting on counter 10 was excellent.
