I had a fantastic experience with NSW service Burwood yesterday, Elizabeth with long hair and cross pendant necklace, she was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The level of customer service was top-notch, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I appreciate her service and I highly recommend Burwood NSW Service!
I can’t thank Kathy from Service NSW burwood enough for her help throughout my application.nShe had the patience of a saint and dealt with everything professionally and well.nnSuch a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so lovely.
People who work here has deep attitude issues. There was a lady at the help desk showing no sign of help at all. She was shewing gum and looked so annoyed by her customers. Dude if u don’t like ur work just quit!. I have been in service centers in QLD they are so polite, welcoming with big smile and give exactly what u want yet efficiently same like everyone else doing at their job. There was one guy next to me the service women raised her voice as he couldn’t understand what she said. The funny thing is I didn’t even understand what she said since her English was not good either. Not all few yes there were some good and polite employees.
Vanessa made a complex transaction a breeze. The two staff assisting were very helpful as well. Always a good experience at this Service NSW center. Always impressed!
I've been here twice for various reasons, and I've received excellent service. They were friendly and kind and seem genuine in their desire to make my experience a positive one.
