Service NSW - Silverwater Driver Test Centre

I’m never bothered writing a Google review ever but I felt compelled to after such an amazing experience which I had with HARRY at the Silverwater branch. Generally, my previous encounters with government employees in general is poor and average at best. This gentleman went far and beyond. He took time out to explain everything I needed and really just dumbed it all down cause I wasn’t sure what I was suppose to fill out to sell my car to a driver who has an international license. It’s just refreshing to see good people out there doing a good job. It does take much to make peoples lives a little bit easier and let me tell u people appreciate it. I know I did and I feel like Harry needs to be recognised for a job well done. Thank you so much.

This center is absolutely terrible! I encountered a female staff when I was applying for practical driving test. She is absolutely rude and impolite, without even bother looking at me or explaining to me anything I ask. The moment I came to this center, all came very miserable and unlucky. I booked the test here today and met a judge really terrible as well. No communication, no smile, no greetings as if I owed money to him. He failed me just because he thinks I do not follow the central line when I was turning right! Absolutely nonsense since this is not a failed item at all. He just failed people for taking money.What a waste of time and energy! I prepared and practiced ver hard for a couple of weeks and even I took a few lessons before that! My instructor said I drove very well and no point failing me. This center just failed for no reason and no evidence and no way to appeal as well! If I could get minus zero point, I will definitely go for it!!!

Booked the driving test here, the people behind the counter and instructor both got really bad manners, they all acting like real gangsters. Especially the guy standing in reception for driving test, no patience cant even found names properly on driving test list. For a quick advice, please don't do your driving test here, don't waste your money. The staff who work in driving test section definitely need a proper training on dealing with customers.

I recently visited a this branch and was extremely impressed by the kindness and generosity of Harry and Norbert. They went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel special, with Harry even dressing up as Santa to give away gifts. My daughter was thrilled and I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this place and give a big thank you to Harry and Norbert for making our visit so enjoyable.

I went to Silverwater to sell my car and transfer a new car into my name. One of your staff Harry helped me out and he was great. Two transactions, I was out in less than 5 minutes. Normally I'm waiting forever and it feels like more trouble than it's worth going to these centres but he really made it a good and easy experience

Attended the office for renewal of the driver license all staff that I was assisted by had a professional and welcoming attitude. they make you feel comfortable and provide a superb info. Harry,Lynn,and Joe were very informative keep up the great work.we need more people like you.

In the Silver Water NSW services, the manager who called Mr. Jaber Ali is the most amazing, helpful, supportive, respectful, experienced in his filled and I highly recommend him to everyone. Just go to him a d ask about your problem, you never ever regret about that. NSW services should proud of him and NSW services need such a this knowledgeable and expert staffs like him. Big thanks for his help and support

Harry was a polite, helpful and friendly employee. He made me feel comfortable after being stress out for my p’s test and even celebrated with me once I got it. Thank you so much Harry.

I have applied thrice with 3 different instructors but I have noticed that every instructor is there to fail you and they fail you every time with a new reason . I have spend more than 400 doller still date just to pass the exam . I have not heard any similar stories in other NSW centers But SilverWater is worst of worst. However will like to thank bill for being so professional and kind hearted person.

The lowest quality NSW Service center for driving test. All the instructors & stuff related to driving test are acting like gangsters. Very unprofessional & disgusting service. Got my driver license from other Service center. Ignore this rubbish!
