Pretty well maintained. Expected a lot of chaos but was surprised to see how everything was so well organised. I just needed to use the computer for a bit and decided to go in. I ended up realising that my Medicare card is going to expire and got them to issue an another one everything went real smooth. Not a lot of waiting. Ended up doing what I needed to do on the computer
My experience with this service centre is very positive. All staff from the entrance to the triaging person to the officer who helped my case are polite and efficient. Few words asked clear questions and processed my request on identity verification and age pension well. Thank you team. Above my expectations.
Theres a lady called cathy asian looking that works there suppper rude was not willing to help me out with my international vaccination certificate, her two college said you can do it for her and she refused to do it for me. And they way she talked to me, Dont they get customer service training! Tells me to go to merrylands medicare to get it done , does she not realise ppl have kids to pick up and work to do?! I left work early just to get it done and she was not willing to do it for me! For what reason? ! Update; Some how i managed to pick up my kids and make it just on time to merrylands before closing. Omg what a difference from the security guard to the staff everyone was so nice and polite, the staff did it for me in two min without any hustle. Cathy Looks like you dont know how to do your job because all you had to do was click “by pass”. I work 9-5 only to find out i pay high taxes and they go to people like you? sad.
The Centrelink and Medicare here do a top job, especially considering the conditions they're up against. Great staff who care!
Quick and Painless just had to resolve a link code to a my Gov account and once done i was out of there. 10 mins maximum. Security Guard was awesome so amazing. There should be more like these rare polite and very helpful Guards. Its critical going forward after the pandemic restrictions are lifted.
I'm sure I have never seen anyone in my entire life as rude as the Medicare staff at Parramatta. I always treat them very politely, but they behave in such a way that sometimes I suspect that maybe I owe them and I have not paid it for a long time and that is why they are angry with me.
Crowded as usual. Big support from securrity Guards who knows what Their Job is. Very sophisitiicated servivce. This was an experience that I was expecting to be the absolute worst but I got the opposite. It wasn't too busy at 12.30 which was a suprise and the lady that assisted Chris was charming, humorous amd set me at ease. I haven't been to a centrelink in over a decade, the service was efficient and mafe my visit, almost a pleasure. Thank you Chris, you made my day.
Centrelink and their legislation are built to serve themselves. Terrible service and policy that causes more harm than good. Avoid at all costs, even if you obey you will most likely have to pay it all back. 0/10. Reform the system.
Service was great and providing people followed simple instructions would've been faster!But you kept the flow going. Greeted with a smile and you didn't have to wait 30 to 60 minutes to move up the queue. Awesome job Thank you
