I have been consistently attending my appointments in the midst of travelling back and forth to take care of my grandparents and Pedro has answered my calls all but three times. For the rest of my appointments, he is always “busy” or doesn’t answer his phone so I am forced to scramble and find someone else to complete my appointments… I’m not sure what I have done but I feel as though he avoids me and isn’t doing his job in regards to my needs as a client.
Unprofessional, terrible service. When you get the AMP office you can find some AMP people playing game on the computer, still you have to wait long time for first response. I don't want to give one star but I don't have zero options in Google review. Don't waste your time. If centrelink offer AMP employment, please switch to another employment service and save your time and live.
The staff are very unprofessional. The person I was supposed to see for my appointment was not available even though that person made it in advance. After 10 minutes waiting no other staff member bothered to assist me until enquired when my appointment was happening. When I was finally seem by someone else I asked them how long they were willing to make me wait if I had not asked why my appointment was taking so long. That person then got a bad attitude, verbally abusive, tried to lay blame on me and mocked me for being unemployed.
I have never seen such reckless stuffs. Still I can't believe how they could say they are job provider. I was waiting for two weeks for my appointment and then I saw this Miss Shilpa didn't even take a look at my resume. She asked: "Do you working?" Seriously? What kind of question is this?
no good staff no responsibilities specially Shilpa is very rude,angry and bad behaviour that I never seen some stuff like she in Australia. terrible .
Way too unprofessional they ask you so personal questions which they shouldn't suppose to ask you I got a call from this num he was saying I am raaj and was speaking in my language in hindi which is very unprofessional... And asking how many people living in my house how many kids do I have thn I said it non of your business n I hang up I called my self on the same number again n they said Raaj is not allowed to ask you these kind of questions? Thn i explained thm this the num i got call from this is y i m calling bck...but suprising thing she was very rude cant even telling her name properly so very crazy... Full of attitude
Nice lady at reception. Other staff are terrible. Harassed during work with demanding phone calls. Intimidating, rude and aggressive towards job seekers. Borderline cruel in some respects. Avoid at all costs.
So friendly staff. They try to help if they can.
