Worst customer service! It is my third vist to this centre requesting for Medicare number, though I explained that I am pregnant there is no speed in any of their action. Would recommend anyone to choose other centre and consider parammata as the least option. Not even worth single star

Took my dad to Centrelink. Workers okay they seem to be understaffed. My issue is with the security guard, he think he works for the prime minister of Australia. We were waiting for our appointment but I needed to step out and use the loo. So I walked over to tell the lady about this. The security aggressively moved over and tells me I’m not allowed to go to the desk. I said the lady just told me she won’t be too long until she called us, I need to use the toilets and this place doesn’t accomodate people that doesn’t have a disability. So we’ve had to walk elsewhere just to use the loo. He says no we can’t let you through and we can only help your dad cos his of old age. What the hell is going on?? This is a strange place to expect any service from them. We should just pee or do our business on the floor. Incase we get called out and have to wait for another 50mins. This security guard is just a egomaniac who needs to show every his ugly uniform and power. Just relax your just another foreigner. Bloody idiot

Very friendly and helpful staff. Registered for Medicare service within 30 Mins.

Had been to Centrelink office for the first time. Staff named Kriss and Zippy were quite friendly and efficient. Place was busy but it took them less than 5 mins to register my account and provided all necessary information.
