Absolutely useless, I opted for Parcel Lockers because their service is garbage, but even their Parcel Lockers aren't work now. Appalling customer service coupled with lazy staff that can't deliver a package to a home address if their lives depended on it. 100% to be avoided if possible.

Better than other local post offices in this area - this one and Stanhope Gardens are the best. Rouse Hill and Castle Hill are rubbish. Customer service was excellent especially the assistance provided with respect to passport photos. It is apt to note that some of the negative reviews seem to be written by those who have failed to recognise that the problem of lazy mailmen dropping a card in your letterbox rather than knocking on the door, is a widespread problem rampant throughout the nation, as opposed to a problem centralised or causal to this branch. Where I give this branch 5/5, I also would like to, contrastingly, stick a big middle finger to the Australia Post corporation in its entirety; the lazy mailman/courier card-drop issue is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
