The customer service I received at Storage King Castle Hill was excellent. I purchased a heap of boxes during the holiday period and despite having no delivery staff available, the wonderful manager delivered them himself. Raghu's kind service helped us start our move with ease thanks to his super fast delivery. Top quality packing boxes too.
Recently hired a storage room from Storage King Castle Hill and had a wonderful service. Kind and friendly staff. Loved the complementary truck to move my stuff in. It saved us a lot of time and money. Great customer service mainly from Hayden. Highly recommended.
Such an easy experience in securing storage last minute. Trent was very helpful on the phone and was able to quickly secure and book for me. Once I got there, I was greeted by the lovely Hayden who was as accomodating as you can get. Made sure to provide all the information so there are no hiccups. His personality and attitude was a plus and made the experience very pleasant. Thank you

Went for an interview here a few weeks ago and was promised feedback afterward. Heard nothing and was basically ignored when asking for feedback. They have since readvertised the position I guess the calibre of applicants wasn't up to their standards for a part time job paying 25 bucks an hour.
Amazing service, and big thank you to Raghu and the team who helped me at short notice without charging me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.
I was upset to arrive onr afternoon to find sign posted around saying nsw police, AFP and borderforce were carrying out, ongoing sniffer dog training on premises. I wasn't notified of this before and only knew about it from a small a4 sheet posted at gate. I don't like the authorities in general and I don't trust or appreciate them literally sniffing around my belongings. I don't have anything to hide but I also don't trust they have any regard for mine or anyone elses privacy, or because I share a last name with a relative who is "known to police", I've been treated poorly by authorities in the past over literally nothing and assaulted by them. This resulted in me successfully winning a law suit against them.. just the motive to stitch me up as a vendetta. So thankfully I no longer needed the space anymore I easily moved out. Besides what I stated above, lovely and helpful staff, good rates, clean place, good location and security features

I'm very appreciative of the friendly and helpful service provided by Gary and his team at Storage King Castle Hill. Under Stage 4 Covid restrictions, I'm currently stuck in Melbourne and required the contents of my storage unit to be shipped down, Gary worked with me to ensure the process went smoothly in what could have been quite a stressful situation. My furniture has been in storage for 5 years and there has never been a problem. Always friendly and attentive service. Thank you!
