I rented 2 sheds from kennards castle hill for most of the year between moving houses and I have always had a great experience dealing with all the staff. The sheds are clean with great access and the staff are always helpful and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for storage. Very highly recommended. I would definitely use them again especially the castle hill location where the staff are fabulous.
Fantastic place to store your stuff. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mick who was there Sunday 4/12/22 is a great guy, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable and always smiled absolutely amazing team member. Thank you Sam

Team at Kennards Castle Hill provided great service when I required moving boxes recently. Purchased 10, and was able to take them back when I was finished and received a good refund. Only way to go! Thanks guys
As a regular customer the parcel point service here is amazing. Staff are always so friendly and the service is so convenient just don't buy the sticky tape on the counter as it's terrible Highly recommend!!

Would be good if the staff observed the Privacy Act along with the Data Retention Act. Both acts were criminally breached. This is a reportable offence. Staff should not have access to correspondence that should only be viewed by Senior Management. It’s simple really. Kennards Self Storage isn’t going to treat anything that is given to it in confidence or indeed Private. You should know that before you hand over any funds or agree to a contract. If you wish to retain your privacy then store your goods or do business elsewhere. It’s as simple as that
Could not recommend the help from the staff any more - Give Medhat a raise!! He went above and beyond to help my parents get the light fixed in their storage unit. He also helped us move some heavy furniture around while he was down here when he didn’t have to. Lovely staff. Great help.
