Never have enough staff on weekends. Staff are very slow workers and are never really friendly (here for pay packet only attitude). Waiting lines always go out the doors. They have 4 POS systems and generally only 2 staff are on them at any given time....3rd staff is generally wondering doing who knows what. Maybe its time to introduce a new team of staff who are more energetic and willing to work for the customer.

I use the service at Baulkham Hills Post office frequently. The staff are always friendly to me and are efficient, professional and helpful. I send and receive parcels on a weekly basis. The delivery of items within Australia and New Zealand is quick, efficient, easily tracked and I have never lost any items. Yes, the queues are sometimes long but at the most I waited 5 minutes. Occasionally the shelf stock of envelopes is not kept up to date. I find that courteous and friendly behavior toward staff will provoke a very friendly response from staff. Rude and inpatient behavior from customers will make it less likely that staff will respond positively. Don't be grumpy and entitled and you will be rewarded with better service.

Worst Australia Post branch.I have ever entered.They are manager incredibly rube and not helpful.They do not deserve 1 star,worst experience ever.
