Great service and very efficient. The guys were really friendly and professional too. Love that they take items away for charity too- nice touch. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future (although, I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon!). Good job Grace!

Grace are by far the worst removal company I have ever used. For years I worked as a TV Producer on renovation shows and have literally moved houses hundreds of times, both in a personal and professional capacity. I have never encountered the incompetence, deceit, inefficiency and bullying from ANY organisation like I have with Grace. The biggest mistake I have ever made moving is engaging this company, especially being subjected to a Grace employee by the name of James Burns. Do not walk away from Grace, run and then keep running.

The team at Grace was prompt and efficient in both loading and delivery. Our relocation from Sydney to NSW Central Coast also involved several days storage due to staggered settlement dates and it was a relief to know that our belongings were stored securely in a professional facility until we were ready to move to the new house. All of the team were helpful and professional. Would use again.

Very happy with the level of planning and detail that went in to our move. The Grace people obviously know their stuff. All of our belongings were well taken care of during the move.

Grace team in Perth were very polite and the pack up went well. However, There were a lot of hidden costs that were not included in the quote or made clear to me before I committed to Grace. These included a very high insurance premium; storage before delivery (which I had requested to be included in the quote); handling in and out of Seven Hills storage facilities; delivery within Sydney and a lift access surcharge. These in all at least double the overall costs. The accounts that I received were in code and it was not easy to identify the various costings. I was charged for an extra months storage, the invoice I received a week after my things were delivered. There is not much choice out there so just beware to ask the questions you know they don't want you to ask.
