We used seven hills pack & send for a recent puchase and the customer service and attention to detail in packaging our items was absolutely faultless. I would never even consider using another service in the Sydney area, these guys were fantastic and nothing was a hassle, all i can say is exceptional job seven hills pack & send we can't thank you enough for making everything about this experience pleaseant and worry free!!

Petals Network has partnered with Pack&Send on 2 different occasions in the past 6 months to ship our exclusive keepsake vases to our membership throughout Australia. They handled everything for us from getting the vases from the USA to Australia, handling customs, and then arranging delivery of about 37000 containers spread over approx 1300 members throughout Australia in every state and territory, even tracking and tracing every package. Then they also handled the returns process as well as warehousing and stocktaking for us. In our 2nd shipment we ran into a couple of unexpected delays with the shipments and this meant that our delivery timeline for 30,000ish vases went from 3 weeks to 7 days so that we made our deadline for the sale period. The Team at Pack & Send worked overtime and went above and beyond to ensure the deliveries made it on time!
