My first time visiting the Auburn branch but have been to other branches before. I had a really great experience from when I walked in and people offered me assistance to being served. Everyone was polite, friendly and engaging and I had all my questions answered. I complimented everyone and I will be happy to go back. Mind you, I was there when the doors just opened so it wasn't busy. I will only go to this branch from now on.
Came to Service NSW located in Auburn for the first time. It was so busy but still service was fine. Appreciate customer service efforts but still need to be upgraded the whole process.
Working in the car industry can be very demanding. Coming into the business centre on a crazy day was always made better in particular by Pauline I believe that is her name a beautiful and very professional woman. Always made my day ten times easier and brighter! Thank you so much for every transaction
I usually don't like to write the reviews but I elect not to let this occurrence go unacknowledged so that individuals of this nature do not escape culpability on every occasion, as these incidents are frequently neglected and the perpetrators feel encouraged to continue such behaviour, bringing disrepute to the organization. I was attended to by a customer service representative at the Auburn branch of Services NSW. Though I am unable to recall his name, I am confident it began with the letter "D", potentially Dipen or Diren, and should not be difficult to identify. My interaction with him was extremely unfavourable and left me disenchanted. He was extremely discourteous and used an aggressive tone when posing questions, displaying a lack of civility. I failed to check two boxes on the form by mistake and I was unsure as to why he became irate, failing to exhibit a polite demeanour while addressing me. As a law enforcement official myself, I can assert that his behaviour was extremely lamentable and unnecessary. Subsequently, upon observing his disposition and acting with due caution, I cautiously and calmly communicated my concerns and inquired about the expected time frame, but was taken aback by his outburst of anger, where he erupted in a fit of fury and vociferated. A female law enforcement officer then approached, and I attempted to bring my concerns to her attention, however, she was uninterested and proclaimed that she was absent and thus, unaware of the situation. Surprisingly, she wasn't willing to even give an ear to my worries. I am aware that colleagues usually have each other's backs, but there should be a professional and ethical obligation. Yes, these sorts of individuals may excel in mathematics and computer skills, allowing them to pass job interviews, but their poor English proficiency and their poor body hygiene are unacceptable for a customer service representative position in Australia. There are numerous Australian citizens with strong English proficiency who are keen for such positions.
I visit there on 24th Jan,2023. Around 4:19pm I had a worst customer service experience. The lady was so so rude to me telling about service and document. Instead of giving solution she made me embrassed infrint of crowd. She made me read out loud the documents I need. Then I return back with no solution at all. Am never gonna go there. I don’t even wanna give any rating star.
Overall a very poor experience and a business to avoid if you can. If this was a private business it would not survive with such poor customer service. The security guard at this business insists that you wait out in the weather until it is your turn to speak with the concierge in some remnant operational procedure from a now obsolete social distancing time. I suggest you have a warm coat and be prepared for a 1/2 hour or more wait outside. Once inside the concierge will try and deflect your inquiry to self serve as a default. Unbelievable, if my business action could have been completed online, I would have actioned it on any of my personal devices in comfort, rather than endure the cold. Once you have a ticket, expect to wait 1 hour to be served. The staff at the counters and their manager are very inexperienced and it definitely show. They are unfamiliar with completing simple tasks, understanding their own forms and requirements and interpreting their policies. This lack of experience and knowledge is part of the reason for the excessive wait times, the staff simply don’t know what to do and keep asking each other. If you would like to leave a complaint on the the online portal I wish you the very best of luck as you literally need to re-enter your complaint multiple times in different portal screens before one will work. I thought Parramatta Service NSW was bad, Auburn must be the worst. I have given one star because You are not able to leave zero stars and for the extremely convenient location on Parramatta Road near a motorway exit. There is plenty of parking within the outlet shopping centre that this Service NSW office is part of. There is a public bathroom in the centre, there is a good chance you may need this during your endless wait.
I was worried by all the bad reviews but had a great experience. The centre was very busy but I had great help from several staff members to get something done without a booking when I turned up within an hour of closing time. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient!
This office although may be smaller in size, is staffed well. Inside all useable space is taken up with counters/desks. Came at noon on Monday and it had large queue outside however it moved pretty quickly. They seam to be very flexible as not every task is referred to usual ticket system. They have floating assistants that take care of simpler tasks outside of the normal queue eg, lodging disposal notice. Overall was very quick in and out at what I would consider peak time.
Service was awesome I was there for only 20 minutes and the lady that served me was very polite with a beautiful smile
I just had a first time visit here and found really supportive and friendly staff. One of the staff who was guiding me whose name was something like khusal sorry I forgot her name was very much kindful too me. I am really very much satisfied with the service provided by her and all other staff members... Thanks...
