They do not act in the best interest of the community. In fact, they seemingly do everything in their power to prevent residents from getting a good nights sleep by allowing all sorts of noise from routine (I.e. Non-emergency) construction/maintenance work to take place in the middle of the night. Furthermore, they do nothing to reprimand the construction businesses that commence/continue work during the 8pm-7am noise restriction timeframe. Forget about sending an online complaint(s) because they simply will not respond to you, even if you involve the local MP. Truly an inconsiderate group of people that is currently getting a bit too carried away with capitalizing on the population growth in the suburb.

the huge chess pavilion is now a local Chinese mum dance field, which is refreshing. The pound is still smelly and gooey as ever, full of bird feces and a lovely green colour. That said, I love this park, pretty sizable and lots of spaces to run around and stroll. in a relatively central location, and eateries on its fringe, what's not to love?

Over zealous parking officers that are fine hungry, will book anything that moves. beware parking anywhere within the CBD at all!!

Park with some good events. Good for kids to play. Now also has its own coffee place.

Burwood Park is a large historical park bounded by Park Road, Park Avenue, Burwood Road and Comer Street.
