ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. IT IS SHAME THAT THIS DISGRACE WORD “POST” IS ASSOCIATED WITH AUSTRALIA. THERE ARE SO MANY INCOMPETENT PEOPEL WORKING FOR AUSTRALIA POST. FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE PASSPORT PHOTOS TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PLENTY OF ATTITUDE. THEIR CONTRACTORS ARE LAZY TOO, WONT DELIVER YOUR PARCELS, JUST LEAVE A CARD. LOOK AT THE RATIO OF STAR RATINGS. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT. SCUMBAGS!

I dont why the reviews are so bad here. Yes it can get busy at times where you have to line up and wait, so just don't go at midday... it is in one of the busiest parts of the city afterall. The store is spacious and clean, and each encounter Ive had with staff has been fine.
