Extremely poor service. I go to this post office on a frequent basis as it's the closest to home. The staff are not friendly or accommodating. Sometimes they are chatting amongst themselves before they even serve a customer. Australia Post really need to give some customer service training or even replace the whole team. They don't know how to speak in a manner that is accomadating. They are certainly not approachable. And you can't even ask questions or queries because they can't even answer you. They also tend to get frustrated and speak rudely towards their customers. Don't know why this does not get audited??? I will try and just go to the parramatta westfields post office.

One member of staff serving during lunchtime whilst the other staff members aimless wander in and out. Don’t plan on doing anything else during your lunch break

Went in to pick up a parcel, the lady at the pick up counter argued with me that I have to come back at 4pm as its the time on the card and she wouldn't check for me. I've left and checked the tracking number online it said it was ready before my first visit. Came back and the lady argued that she still won't check for me. After wasting 15 minutes of my time went and had a look, it was there the whole time! Worst customer service in a very long time, I feel like they don't know that they are customer service workers...

The staff are very rude and arrogant, went in today and asked politely if I can submit my childs passport application, there was literally no customer in sight, and got a drilling why I didn't make an appointment, got told they MAY get very busy, basically she told me to piss off or make an appoinment, extremely disappointed!! Will definitely contact Australia Post!
