My parcels from overseas have been stucking for so long time! No customer service! Why on earth that AU post can still be alive? With that poor service, extremely ridiculous high price and extremely slow delivery service wow omg I beg your pardon?! Shameful! Au delivery is so irresponsible! Unbelievable

Really poor effort on Australia Post's behalf here. This is an extremely under performing facility and anything that ends up here is sure to either disappear or take months to leave. Shame

Expecting package overseas. Took 8 days in transit from China to Australia on standard International. Arrived in Chullora, NSW April 4, launched a missing parcels enquiry, which was closed off before resolution. Still waiting on parcel to arrive - it has been almost a month since it arrived in Australia. I live in Victoria.

I can't believe it took 3 weeks to get a F*** package from Melbourne to Sydney. They said it got lost?? How de f** does a package from Melbourne to Sydney get lost? Do you guys train monkeys? ONE SINGLE PACKAGE TOOK 3 weeks. MY EBAY PACKAGE FROM CHINA TOOK ONLY 2 WEEKS and that was overseas. Never Post TO NSW it will guarrentee to end up at CHULLORA
