Extremely rude and arrogant. Won't take an appointment for a passport and then when you show up, they make you wait forever even though they are not busy.

The lady staff is very rude to people.she should immediately be replaced by AUS post after so many bad reviews.they are busy in groupism and pay least attention to customers.
