Wow😱 Reading all the reviews before I post mine up I'm shocked to see so many bad experiences! Shame on Australia Post for not following up all the negative feedback! I too am complaining about the Asian guy that by the looks of all the reviews has a history of bad service. I called the post office today to check if my parcel is there because it was not delivered & he told me he can not check anything without a tracking number, then I tried to tell him I have my tracking number & it says that it's there and then he said he can't check it to go check it online. I was trying to explain I have the number but it says that's it's at the Lidcombe post office but nothing was delivered to the address I listed & he just didn't want to even hear me out & rudely shut the phone in my face! I tried to call back after that about 4 times & there was no answer. It is beyond me how anyone with this type of customer service is still dealing with people on a daily basis & it is clear that he is a poor representation of the business, I'm surprised he still has a JOB! Absolutely disgusting service! Don't recommend this place at all to anyone if that's the type of attitude you will have to face! I will be taking this further!

Worst customer service, avoid Lidcombe post office! They let someone pick up my package with more than $100 worth of items (without taking their signature or ID) and completely refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Furthermore, they're rude and unwilling to help. How Australia Post still allows them to run this business astounds me.

called in at 4:50pm and they dont even answer phones. arrived at the post office around 4:57pm and asked the employee if i can still pick up my parcel. nope instead he tell me with attitude they are closed. will never use this post office ever again. i hope this place goe out of business.

Worst possible customer service if not the world or simply in Australia, please do not expect any kind of good service from here, I strongly recommend anger management’s courses to all staff here
