Much better now that full service check outs are open more often, self service check outs are slow and had one kill my EFTPOS card as it kept rejecting the correct pin.nnUse the full service checkouts.nnNice staff and very helpful.
I really like the atmosphere of this store and I am giving this five star because of one reason that there is a lady I’m not sure about her name but she usually stay at checkout she must be a checkout supervisor she has beautiful short blonde Hairs with beautiful smile. As far as her Service is concerned she is quite friendly I am quite introvert I usually do not talk to people but the effort she put to say hi I really appreciate it. I recommend this countdown to everyone.
Good store, nice wide aisles.
Very convenient location but often find myself traveling to other countdowns purely because the parking is a nightmare at this store and trying to exit can take a long time and be dangerous getting onto Whatawhata Road. Veggie section not the greatest either, but there is a very good organic and gluten free area conveniently next to the wine that is amazing.
Excellent customer service in finding items. And serving you at checkout. I prefer checkout with staff attending.
