Countdown has everything you need and more. I was alarmed by a poster on their notice board which read “Shoppers to be ARRESTED”, but luckily I read the smaller print and realised it was just a joke! Phew! I really don’t wanna go to jail !! I do prefer PAK’nSAVE but Countdown is still great.

Big branch of Countdown in town here. Easy to get access. Lots of parking space. Various kinds of snacks to grab. Wide shelf of daury products. Hot promotion for many types of products such as chocolate bar, that's why the shelf almost wiped out. Good service and helpful staff.

Their shop and collect service is fast and easy. The online shopping Team is organize and the staff incharge explained what’s missing or out of stock on my orders. The packing slip will also have a short and sweet message from the team. Kudos to you all.

Store is big, it has everything you need, which is good.nnMet a lot of decent staff which is great too.nnThe lotto counter is always short staffed, I once had to wait 20 mins to get someone serve me.nnToday during lunchtime, there was one female staff I met that made me extremely uncomfortable. A very unfriendly and very rude Middle aged, glass wearing clerk who was monitoring the self assisted checkout did sth that made me very uncomfortable. Hope you won’t happen to bump into her anytime.

Store is way better with the new layout and up grades,more self checkouts helps stop the queues
