The Indian women who looks the Indian character off Charlie and the chocolate factory , she supervises the checkouts is one of the rudest workers I have ever encountered at any Woolworths supermarket . I scanned a product put it down 25 products in it didn’t scan I went to rescan the item but the little light went off . She came over and I rescanned and it was ok , but she watched me like a hawk .nYes I’m Māori , I have over 600 rewards points accumulated for not even a full year , which goes to show how much I spend yearly instore for myself and business . Definitively considering taking my business to pak n save.

My all-time go-to Woolworth's in Hamilton. I always have a great experience here. The staff are very friendly and kind, and it is well-organised with a really welcoming vibe. Highly recommended!

stop over-baking the cookies, i used to love buying them cause they were my fav, soft and chewy, I can tell that it’s over baked cause the white chocolate is brown : it used to be white. yall also recently upped the price from $8.40 to $9 but that’s okay, I understand how inflation work. woolies, I will not buy the cookies until yall stop over baking them please, pretty pretty please, I’m happy to pay $9 if the cookies are still as yum as how I had them before

Very bad customer service near self checkout counter, at this time. 8 to 9pm .I didn't purchase any thing because of her worst attitude.

What was wrong with the Indian woman at the self-checkout? My husband and I were buying a bottle of apple cider when she came over and asked for ID. My husband showed his, but she insisted on seeing mine as well, saying they needed to check the younger person’s ID.nnOf course, I hadn’t brought mine with me. I offered to show her a photo of my ID, but she said only a physical ID was acceptable.nnFor the record, I’m 35. I thanked her for mistaking me for a teenager Yay! Asian don’t raisin!!! and wished her a Merry Christmas.
