Woolworths Bridge Street

Organised, tidy, and very convenient that they got mostly what I need. Friendly atmosphere. Great customer service especially the aisle staff! Keep up the good work!

On Tuesday 5th Nov about 2pm I went to return /exchange a product. At the service counter with two staff, a young man was very welcoming and helpful. He said he cd refund or I cd exchange for another product.nI decided to exchange and returned to the counter .This young man was busy with another customer .There was this other lady staff at the counter on a computer and her name is Gurinder.nnShe completely ignored my presence for a while until I had to ask her if she was going to serve me!!! She then looked around for the young man and seeing he was still busy , she looked for some other staff , she asked the other person to tend to me.nnShe was simply passing her role to someone else and she was rude with no courtesy and no apologies.nnI feel such staff should not be placed at customer service counter and create a very bad image for Woolworths . Such personnel should be placed in the stores when they don't have PR skillsetnI suggest the Management to take complaint seriously and address this

I am writing this review to appreciate help that i got from two of the staff members at Woolworth, Bridge street , Hamilton. Their names are Aman and Jose. I went to that store on last weekend, and was looking for a chocolate named as Raffaello which was on discount for $1. I wasn't able to find the chocolate and as it was showing in stock on woolworth website. While doing self checkout my other items, i have asked about that chocolate to one of the staff named Aman and she has checked with Jose.nWhile it was only $1 chocolate and even staff could say no to me, but, instead the staff was so helpful that Jose able to find that chocolate from their back storage area. Then appreciating their effort, i bought whole box of chocolate instead of just 1 piece. And i wanted to say thankyou to Aman and Jose.

Big branch of Countdown in town here. Easy to get access. Lots of parking space. Various kinds of snacks to grab. Wide shelf of daury products. Hot promotion for many types of products such as chocolate bar, that's why the shelf almost wiped out. Good service and helpful staff.

Their shop and collect service is fast and easy. The online shopping Team is organize and the staff incharge explained what’s missing or out of stock on my orders. The packing slip will also have a short and sweet message from the team. Kudos to you all.
