PAK'nSAVE Clarence Street

Talking about this store - I have noticed when going to buy shopping their is clearly health and safety issues going on in this store - Staff moving ladders around with other staff on them from asile to asile which could place the staff nember on the ladder at risk of falling also I have seen bits of glass on shelves indicating something has broken and not cleaned up properly and my daughter noticed water leaking in the water asile and no staff bothering to clean it up and no slippery signs up to warn others. Also very impolite when asking a staff member a product enquiry and they have air pods in their ears very rude. This paknsave is the worst ive been to.nnRecommend Mill Street PaknSave if you want to have a better shopping experience.

Avoid at all cost!! I had a very distressing experience at this store on 4 February at around 9:55pm.nnI entered before closing time and was making my way to checkout. A security guard approached me multiple times and told me I had five minutes. I confirmed that I was proceeding to checkout. I also spoke with a manager and clearly stated that if checkout was not permitted, I was prepared to leave my groceries and return another day. The manager confirmed that I could proceed.nnI completed my purchase, paid in full, and received a receipt. Immediately after payment, the same security guard informed me that I was being trespassed from the store for two years.nnDuring the interaction, the guard recorded me on his phone and stood very close to me in a manner I found intimidating. I also felt there was unnecessary escalation, especially given that I had complied and completed checkout with management approval.nnI am currently awaiting clarification from the company regarding the incident.nnI hope the store reviews its communication and closing procedures to ensure customers are treated respectfully and consistently.

Woah what an experience being in store on a Thursday! It was stupidly busy from trying to get a car park to in store, it was like it was Xmas !nThe shelves were pretty full given how busy it was and good to see store staff filling as well.nPretty good ranging and variety of products including bulk yogurt!

Came in this pak n save for shopping and to buy box of beer, first thing they couldn’t scan the box ? How come ? No inventory added in system?nnCashier was quite , but old lady with glasses came to scan my id and said I have to open the box , she didn’t explain me properly that she have to take one beer Tin out and scan sonI said I don’t want you to open the whole box because I’m travelling far, and wow that old lady glasses had very big attitude like she is boss of the place , she replied very rudely which is not good at all for the customer service department,nShe should have taken retirement by now , if she don’t know how to treat customer,nInstead of explaining she was rude, and management show take this seriously and give her training for customer service, meanwhile cashier was quite may be he knows about that old lady with glasses.nnNot coming back to here to see her face again.nnKindly check the receipt for the reference for the time of purchase.nnThank you

Went in this morning and doing family shopping and a bulky bald head guy started following me around the store and asking what im doing when replying I said to him with my son im doing my shopping he stared at me and followed and observed me constantly this store as I notice is a surveillance state business and my advice is to people wanting to shop here avoid it at all costs because your more than likely going to get followed i will be forwarding this store a very though email RECOMMEND MILL STREET PAKNSAVE YOU GET TREATED BETTER THERE
