Urlich Ave Dairy

Amazing selection, some of it's expired but you can almost always find the same product fresh as ever. Super decent prices, never really complaining about that. Everyone's smiling and it's generally a good time, been going for 5+ years and it still holds my ranking as #1 best dairy in Hamilton overall.

This place is awesome especially love the great range of different stuff from eggs and milk to lollies from the other side of the world

Good store, good prices on a few items well stocked,

I have been coming here for almost 15 years and today when I went into the store with my kids in their pram 2 year old and 3 month old I was told I had to leave my pram outside the store. It’s a 28 degree day, it’s Melville - Are you crazy?! Also the doors are controlled! When I said to the man “What, with my kids in it?” He said “no” my response was “so you want me to carry my kids around while I shop” his response was “no, I guess you can leave it at the counter” to which I again said “so, you want me to leave my kids in the pram at the front of the store while I shop?!” He said “yes” my response was “yeah no, I’m not leaving my kids in the pram at the front of the store - hard pass!” And I walked out.nnI have never ever been told to leave my pram/kids so I can shop at a store. Even in Melville, Mervs and Bader do not share this policy. It’s absolutely absurd, especially when I have been a regular customer for so long! My Mother, Grandmother and extended family all shop here none of us have ever stolen from this store.nnWhole heartedly gobsmacked and I will not be returning unless circumstances are dire.

Always friendly, always cheap. Pies a bit cold sometimes and stuff a bit expired sometimes but if you ain't fussy it's the place for you
