Prices are not written properly...different price tag is labeled under different item. Have to wait for the cashier while they are busy telling stories at the back

I would highly agree that people should shop here. They are friendly competing shop. I have heard they do care about their customers, and there have not been any link to any illegal competition.

Charging the paywave or credit card Surcharge but not display on the eftpos machines so customer doesn't know how much they charge and rude answer was display under the counter.its ripping people money

You get what you pay for.... it's definitely cheap and so is the customer service.nThe owner however shows interest and is hands on but what's the point if he hires staff who can't even manage disputes properly.nNot getting into details much but just heads up, just don't buy stuff because it's cheap and the label says so.nKeep an close eye on the billing as what price is displayed on the racks is never whats loaded on to the system..nSad but never going there again, I am sure one less family shopping is not going to affect them.
