I recently visited Woolworths on Clarence Street in Hamilton, NZ, and I must say, I was really impressed with the overall shopping experience, especially when it comes to the arrangement of fruits and vegetables. As soon as I entered the store, the fresh produce section caught my eye. The fruits and vegetables were beautifully displayed, with each variety clearly organized and easy to find. The quality of the produce was exceptional, with vibrant colors and fresh textures that really stood out.nnThe fruit section was particularly impressive, with neatly arranged apples, bananas, oranges, and berries that looked so inviting. I could easily tell which produce was in season, as it was displayed in clusters that made it easy to shop. The vegetables were equally well-organized, with leafy greens, carrots, and other staples arranged in a way that made everything look fresh and ready to be picked. It was clear that Woolworths on Clarence Street takes great pride in their produce.nnWhat I also appreciated was the way the store had set up the layout to ensure smooth flow. The produce section was conveniently located near the entrance, making it easy to grab fresh items right away. The wide aisles provided plenty of space for shoppers, and I didn’t feel cramped at all while selecting my items.nnI also noticed how the store was well-stocked in terms of vehicles—carts and baskets were readily available and easy to grab. The cart area was organized, and I didn’t have to search for one, which made the shopping process quicker and more convenient.nnOverall, my visit to Woolworths on Clarence Street was great. The store’s thoughtful arrangement of fresh produce, along with the smooth and efficient shopping experience, made it a pleasant outing. I’ll definitely return for my future grocery trips!

Woolworths Hamilton is a great place to shop, with a friendly and efficient staff that consistently provides excellent service. However, the store could benefit from some improvements, particularly in the meat section, where the shelves could be modernized to enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, the overall layout could be reorganized to create a more engaging and intuitive flow for customers. A bit more attention to management would definitely help elevate the store. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to the staff member who regularly cleans the express counters—this attention to detail is much appreciated and demonstrates world-class service. Thanks for your hard work!

Poorly marked shelves, products on special rarely under their sale sign and when a price check query was made at the self-serve checkout section, the grey haired lady was extremely abrupt, rude and not interested in helping us. No customer focus here!! We just paid the items full price and left.

The staff Isabel is one of the hardest working girl i have seen in my life . She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a positive experience, always with a friendly smile and efficient service. Isabel is outstanding at her job. Her hard work, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service make every experience at countdown pleasant.
