I came in about a week ago and was served by a short young girl with glasses and brown hair. I was in a rush, and she packed my bags very well and quickly. Served me politely with a smile.

Earlier this week I went to Woolworths, I had finished scanning the items I wanted to buy and walked towards the self-checkout. The machine was lagging and kept making noises. Near the self-checkout, there was a large woman with long brunette hair, who I later learned was named Natalie or Natalia, working around 10:50-11:00 am. She was rude and hostile towards me from the moment I approached. She didn’t offer help when she saw there was a problem with the self-checkout, as if it wasn't her job to help customers, and she and her colleagues racially profiled me as a thief, giving me dirty looks. The guy standing next to her immediately ran off to talk to someone else. I noticed that there were now about three workers just staring at me while I was scanning, when all I was doing was pulling out the money to pay for the items. When I realized that she wasn’t going to come over and help even though she was standing less than a meter away from me, I waved for someone to come. Natalie walked over with an attitude and rudely told me off for needing help. However, I noticed that when the person next to me had an issue, Natalie was completely different. She was friendly and helpful, but when it came to me, her attitude was incredibly hostile. I strongly suggest you don’t shop here if you’re a person of colour. There is a lovely pak n save right across the road that has friendly staff that actually have good customer service skills. If you’re someone who likes to shop at Woolworths, I recommend literally anything other Woolworths, just not the one on Liverpool street, Hamilton. P.S. If you're reading this, Natalie or Natalia, whatever your name is, know that your behavior toward me was totally wrong and your attitude is terrible. To be honest, you deserve to be fired and ashamed of yourself. Do better Woolworths.

Rang up looking for a specific chocolate that I couldn’t find in store and had a guy named Cole on the line be so attentive in checking both the store and their other stock! He was very helpful and also just generally pleasant to deal with :
