Made an online delivery order from this woolworths for 3.45pm then about an hour and a half later my INCORRECT order arrived, nothing of mine was there. I was told to cancel and reorder by the driver but the money had already left my account. The driver called and was on hold so i called directly to Claudelands Woolworths. They said they'd repick my items and have them delivered. My items were not delivered until after 6.30pm. Dinner ended up being takeaways due to this mistake and the length of time this took. Very dissatisfied
Nice cafe with super friendly people.nNice coffee but cakes are less than soft.nRobert Harris coffee.nBit hard because the chiller is more like freezer temperature I think. They need to lower it to fridge temperature.nI had a Chicken Filo Burnt on bottom and Lemon cake.nThey can do better than this.
I was having phone issues and my card on my phone would not work. Unfortunately i lost my card and using my phone to pay for things is my only option atm. Anyways 2degrees had a long wait time so I asked if it's okay if I could leave my trolley for a bit. I said I promise I'd be back.nnRoughly 40-50mins later I went back and saw my trolley still in the same place! I was so happy! My phone decided to work and let me use my card. I was over the moon happy that the cashier trusted me to go back! Honestly I couldn't believe they left my trolley for me!nnI can't say the same about Countdown Chartwell however. Pretty much the same thing happened and I needed them to hold the trolley for roughly 30mins max. It was enough time for me to head home and go back. They unfortunately didn't trust me to go back. It was obvious they thought I was up to no good because I was being followed the whole time.nnBut.... Countdown Claudlands will always be my go to grocery shop. I've never experienced discrimination and they trusted me enough to go back and pay for the goods. Also they're more inviting than Chartwell which is the closest to my house.
I just wanted a single bottle of NZ Pure water and who knew this would be the first supermarket to not have a bottle of water. The shelving and stock placement made a first time visit, confusing to navigate.
Kelly Evans is a wonderful employee I truly feel it's time for a promotion. Not only did she assist me but she was able to assist my sister and two of my friends and their whanau. Wanna give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KELLY EVANS from claudelands countdown however the young white boy working there used discrimination against me because we have had altercations prior to walking into countdown we look forward to meeting him again KELLY U DESERVE A PROMOTION
