I normally don’t write bad reviews, because I realise that people have bad days and good days. I’ve been coming to this shop for many years when it was owned by Chinese people and then bought by the current Indian owners. The only person in the shop other than the owner who knows anything about the products is a lovely Chinese woman that worked for the previous owners. I’m a pensioner and they’ve always given me a small discount, but the new Indian woman on the checkout hasn’t got a clue & she can’t speak English even though I present my card every time she still charges me without giving a discount. And watch the prices here too and always ask for a receipt. Last straw was today when the cashier did exactly the same thing as she always does. To the owners: If you employ people please make sure they are trained & learn the language.
