Woolworths Te Rapa

We visited your location last Wednesday December 17 unfortunately our visit was disappointing. One of the workers name Manu was rude and unhelpful, speaking in an unfriendly tone and showing no interest in assisting us her attitude was not appropriate that make us leave unhappy. Customer service is important, and this experience did not meet our expectations. I hope management addresses this so future visits are better.

Produce isn’t always the best quality. However lots of variety of other stuff which is good.nDon’t like the signage as you have to go to the end of each aisle to see what’s in it as they’re hidden in the aisles while other places have all the signs sideways at each end so you can easily see which aisle you need to go to.nNot keen on the poor security either, doesn’t make me feel safe shopping there.

Did they change the price tags on purpose? A lot of people are picking them up thinking they're cheap, so it looks like inappropriate marketing.

Adjacent to Kmart with plenty of parking. A modern and large store.

I was very disappointed in my check out operator today. No greeting, when I pointed out a problem with a product she just walked off with it, I asked for paper bags which she over filled so it ripped in the store. She refilled that bag, poorly... putting pumpkin on top of bread! Realised she had overfilled the bag again and gave me a spare to refill it with as I left. Sure enough. It ripped as I moved it to the car. Are courtesy and packing skills not taught anymore? Fortunately the guy that served me in the pharmacy was helpful and friendly.
