Woolworths Te Rapa

We visited your location last Wednesday December 17 unfortunately our visit was disappointing. One of the workers name Manu was rude and unhelpful, speaking in an unfriendly tone and showing no interest in assisting us her attitude was not appropriate that make us leave unhappy. Customer service is important, and this experience did not meet our expectations. I hope management addresses this so future visits are better.

Would give minus stars if I could. Fruit and vege section is a joke, they either dont have what you want, or the quality is very poor. Stopped buying fruit and vege there long ago. I complained to management on one occassion watching a young male staff member literally throwing fruit in to restock.nI went in yesterday to buy pizza bases. Grabbed one, just happened to turn it over, and discovered it was mouldy.nMeat outrageously expensive. I could go on and on.nNeedless to say. I wont be back even though it is convenient in its location. Bring on Pak n Save Te Rapa please.

Produce isn’t always the best quality. However lots of variety of other stuff which is good.nDon’t like the signage as you have to go to the end of each aisle to see what’s in it as they’re hidden in the aisles while other places have all the signs sideways at each end so you can easily see which aisle you need to go to.nNot keen on the poor security either, doesn’t make me feel safe shopping there.

Did they change the price tags on purpose? A lot of people are picking them up thinking they're cheap, so it looks like inappropriate marketing.

Been one of my regular supermarkets for years with good selection of products. But they need to do something about all the beggars that hang around outside, what happened to that sign they used to have saying ‘no beggars outside the shop’?
