Woolworths Rototuna

So rude we had a leaky bottle of cough medicine we took it back and got told they will only exchange it just this once but next time we will not. I was soo shocked and was like look the lid just easy open and the measuring cup is stuck on the lid. Very poor services big shame as we shop there all the time.

I’m not surprised this place has such a high star rating. The staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s quick to get in and out. We are so grateful to have this place as our local. We also appreciate staff going out of their way, when kids magazines have gone out of date, filling a little basket with the free toys and stickers for kids to take. I do note, however, there are never enough checkouts open and these guys rely too heavily on self checkout.

Clean and well-stocked store, but something in the air gives me an allergic reaction. I'm not even kidding, my eyes begin to burn and my face hurts, within about 5 minutes. Something in their floral department perhaps? I've never experienced this in any grocery store, and it happens every time I visit this location. Ahh well.

Another rebranded Countdown now is called Woolworths. Very big store, clean and tidy, but the products are a bit costly than those in other stores.

Friday morning, out of lite milk and vey low on other milk stock, seafood counter closed, several other displays closed specials fridge was near empty.
