I would like to raise a concern regarding the online order picking staff at your Woolworths store. While shopping in-store, we observed online order pickers moving through the aisles at speed, skidding and manoeuvring trolleys in a reckless manner, with little awareness of surrounding customers. This behaviour felt unsafe, particularly in a store regularly visited by pregnant customers, families, and elderly shoppers.nnGiven the diverse customer base and the confined nature of some aisles, this highlights a need for additional staff training around in-store safety, spatial awareness, and consideration for customers. Online order fulfilment should not compromise the safety or comfort of those shopping in person. We understand that staff may be under pressure to meet picking targets; however, customer safety and a positive in-store experience should always be a priority.

The girl didn't let me buy a bottle of wine even if I got my passport, just becouse a guy that I know who was in a different till with his own grocery didn't have a passport with him, she didn't even ask for my passport just didn't let me buy it, thanks for the bad attitude though maybe next time this lovely lady should change the way to approach people, and just to make it clear I'm not a teenager anymore and neither the guy that I know, I understand there are policies to respect but there was no point of doing that.

Brought alcohol with my partner and got it approved and then lady judged us for buying alcohol, and them threw our grocery in our bags and didn't talk to us the whole time it's very wrong all because we are young people buying wine does not mean u can treat us poorly.

Another rebranded Countdown now is called Woolworths. Very big store, clean and tidy, but the products are a bit costly than those in other stores.
