Poor customer service, very disappointing. He overcharged me for 2 separate items. I pointed out. He wasn't happy when I did it. After I asking for receipt, he’s getting irritated, and offering me return everything that I have already paid. It wasn’t the first time it happened. Every time I had question about their prices or ask for receipts, he’s always shown lack of patience. My understand this guy is the owner of the shop.

Our local, always friendly and kind. Love the upgrades. Looks amazing clean fresh food and a delight to shop here. I wish all the customers were kind back to the owner. He works so hard to make a living.

Walked in not from being from Hamilton and asked if I buy something can I get out $10 he rudely said no I then asked could he change some notes same rude response. Never have I ever come across such a rude shop assistant.

The new upgrade is amazing ! We go here all the time . Ash’s store has been targeted for theft many many times last year and I’m sure it stressed him and the staff out quite a bit. Customer service is better , staff seem more relaxed and so does Ash. Ash has helped me when I declined and had the kids in the car, I have come back later to pay. Thanks for sticking around Ash!

Surely their meat section is a health hazard, because why is the steak brown and the chicken greens.
