Warehouse Stationery St Lukes

I was after some printing at the St Lukes and was very pleased with the lovely customer service from Sangita. She is a true representation of excellent service, she went above and beyond for me even trimming off the edges that didn’t look good. Very efficient time wise too - I only had to wait 10 minutes.

Warehouse Stationery St Lukes provided great service, but there was a delay in printing the photos I needed, so I had to go back later to collect them.

I was there on a quiet Friday, quite happy trying out office chairs on my own. Sami came over and asked if I needed help, I didn't think I did but Sami offered some useful bits of advice. Then he helped me get the chair to the checkout and using a trolley took it all the way to the car. He was great, and excellent ambassador for the company.

Only seem to serve certain customers, waited in line, staff member served 2 people then walked away and had a conversation with 2 colleagues. I was in queue to buy stationery not photo print queue. There was nobody waiting for photos then a customer stood by photo counter and staff member then went and served them and then another customer who then joined the queue, despite the fact I was waiting before those customers in the stationery queue which the staff member had previously been serving. Meanwhile 2 colleagues still carry on their convo behind the counter. Put my stuff on the counter and walked out, useless customer service…

I was waiting in line to get printing done for 30 minutes and then this lady called Sangita served someone who was behind us in line and they went to the side and she just decided to serve them and didn’t even acknowledge the fact I was waiting there and there was a long line and she is just talking them in her own language where is the profession these days. Very inconsiderate of other peoples times. Very disrespectful and disappointing customer service from her this is the second time I have noticed this about her
