The staff are always helpful & kind. They often assist me with my printing ensuring I get best value. One time I left a confidential legal document behind they kept it in safe keeping for me.nI have sadly witnessed out right rude customers. Please have some respect & don’t put your last minute disorganisation onto the staff.

Their online website is difficult to use and navigate from a cell phone. You’d think it would be easy to register an account and compile a photo book. I’m a bit technically challenged but I’m finding it hard - I can’t seem to add words to the pages or delete photos.nnBest to start with a blank book and arrange photos yourself. It’s not very intuitive and is difficult to navigate from a phone.nnAfter ordering a photo book, I never received an email or call to say it was ready.nnGood quality when I picked it up, which I was pleased about.

It felt like the staff were more focused on shutting down early than actually helping customers. The store was already empty because they had rushed everyone else out, and there was no effort made to assist or find a solution.nnOverall, really poor service and a frustrating experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you actually need help getting your photos printed.

I was after some printing at the St Lukes and was very pleased with the lovely customer service from Sangita. She is a true representation of excellent service, she went above and beyond for me even trimming off the edges that didn’t look good. Very efficient time wise too - I only had to wait 10 minutes.

I experienced excellent customer service, patience and understanding. Shout out to Sangita. Please give her a promotion. Amazing people skills.nnWill come back
