Despite bad reviews, I took a visa photo here. The lady Fijian at the counter was really helpful, provided clear instructions. The photo is in good quality as well. Recommended!

Don’t get your passport photo taken here - go to Life Pharmacy in the mall instead. Waited 20 minutes in line to be told the camera was on charged. Asked how long that takes and they said they didn’t know as the person responsible was on break. How hard is it to check a camera and a little training across your staff goes a long way.

TERRIBLE customer service.nThree staff members pawn me off to someone else, sell me a product not fit for use, which is damaged by having stickers removed which were placed on its correct usable surface, then muck me around for a refund. If I could give it a zero I would .nGo to another branch.

Giving a star is being too gracious.nTo bind a document was offered a 2 hours wait....nThen the supervisor likely Sangita.. suggested a day difference.. Are you kidding me? Please hire some else that is competent to do a simple task..

Use less staff around this warehouse. They are just moking around. They are not responding to any customers. One of the staff named Sangita. She is so rude and arrogant. Please use other locations like the west gate or Penrose branch.
