Highest Level of Customer service. I always enjoy and feel more welcomed into this place. The staff listens to me, they are very friendly, keen to offer advice on printing or buying any stationery in the store.

To be honest I have visited this store 8 times and I have left with a bitter. Experience 6 out of 8. Staff really don't know customer service and most of them feel they are too good to be there. Honestly I give up!! Never coming back to this one for sure.

Very disappointed with the service today around 5:30 pm. The staff member named Cody seemed uninterested in helping because it was close to closing time. The passport photo taken for my baby was very poor quality. We were told there was a technical error, so they could not provide the hard copies, and instead we were advised to go somewhere else. When I explained that I needed the photo taken today, they then told me to come back tomorrow to collect the hard copies. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating.

Beautiful experience in the store, was in today from 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm, staff were lovely, the three women behind the counter were hustling and making sure every customer was satisfied, very happy will be back for sure.
