I was waiting in line to print an art board. At first the lady serving, seemed a bit uninterested and as if she didn’t want to be there, but she was actually pretty helpful. She even complimented my art board and helped me pick the right paper type, size, etc. She even rounded the price down to A1 even when it was slightly larger.nOverall pretty good customer experience. Nothing too extraordinary. Even though the lady there seemed to have a bit of a bad attitude when looking how she had dealt with the customer before me, she was pretty helpful to me.

I came to print an A3 drawing plan of about 150 pages. When I handed it over, one staff member mentioned that my document was quite large and might take longer, so she would serve the people behind me first. I agreed, made the payment, and told her I would come back later to pick up the prints.nnAfter about 20 minutes, I returned to collect my documents. Another staff member went to check and discovered that my order had been forgotten. He apologized for the oversight.

**Read before visiting this place**nThey close at 5PM, I went their at 04:35pm to get a passport size photo done. I asked them can it be done, they said yes stand in the queue. I waited standing in the queue for 20 minutes with my injured foot, at 04:55pm they told me it can't be done because they have to shut down the printing machine. I asked ''but you made me wait here 20 minutes''. They said ''You can go to Lynnmall''. I never felt so disregarded in my life.

Wasted my time going to this warehouse stationary. I called the store an hour and 40 minutes before closing where I doubled checked that they could print something for me in the size A0 and the man on the phone tells me they can, and it should take about 30 minutes to print. I arrive at the store 20 minutes later, put through my photos on the machine and wait in a queue. The lady with the red hair yells out to me quite rudely over the people in front of me and tells me to go to the other counter if I'm waiting for photos where her co worker is just standing around doing nothing. The guy at the counter tells me that they can't print my photos in A0 because it would take an hour to print which was weird because I was told it only took 30 minutes over the phone. I ended up having to get a refund and put through the photos again in a different size which took a while as I had to wait in a queue for that as well. He tells me the photos should take 20 minutes, I come back and the machine has printed duplicates of the same photo. He tells me I have imported all of my images but for some reason it only selected the same photo for all 9 or so prints. So I ask him if he can re print them because I've never had that problem with using those machines before. It was exactly 20 minutes till they closed at this point which is how long the photos took to print at the max so I ask if he can re print them and he declines and says no because we're about to close, the best I can do is refund you. Pathetic service, this has happened to me twice now where they have determined that they can't print a specific size and at this point it just seems that they are being stingy and not bothered to do what they are getting paid for. No signs around the printing area or warnings from the staff that certain sizes can't be printed, just a whole lot of what sounds like excuses or made up rules amongst the staff. Not only did I have an issue with the printing, the staff don't show any kindness whilst they are serving customers, and I almost feel like I am being judged when I have gone in there and not welcome at all. Coming from someone who works in customer service as well, the bare minimum of customer service severely needs to be re taught there lol. I live in new Lynn however I will NEVER be coming back to this store again, I will gladly drive 20 minutes to other warehouse stationaries.

Big shoutout to Royden at Warehouse Stationery! Absolute legend. I went in to grab a printer and left feeling like I’d just had a masterclass in printing economics. He knew exactly what I needed, sorted the most cost-effective setup ink, cables, the whole shebang within 10mins and to top it off he literally carried the printer to my car because I’ve got a dodgy back. 5 stars for customer service and bonus points for being an all-round top bloke. Someone give this man a raise or at least a decent coffee!
