Received q  courier box with medical supplies,  was not delivered to the correct address. Should of been sent to a different address on the other side of auckland  Multiple voice messages and emails sent no response. Shocking considering this is someone's medical supplies.

Delivery very erratic and inconsistent. At times takes 3days at times 3 weeks. You will end up out of stock for days of the items that you urgently need.
