Great service so we decided to buy from them. We went for two types of tiles, flooring and a feature wall. First mistake, the number of tiles delivered were mixed up, we got that sorted. Second mistake, which we noticed after the tiler did our feature wall, they were the wrong tiles. The patterns were similar but the designs were actually very different, which we only noticed once the wall had been done. We would have had to pay our tiler for an entire day of work if we wanted the job redone and couldn't afford it. We specifically said to the lady at the shop that we didn't want that design although similar and yet that's what she ordered. That experience ruined our excitement for our first renovation in our new house. We're very disappointed with the end result after all that time and money we'd saved for that job.

Tessa was amazing, she zeroed in on me right after I walked in and promptly proceeded to answer all of my questions and help me pick out everything I needed for my job. The customer service was A1 super efficient and helpful.

I had an old tile cutter that just wasn't cutting it any more pun intended. I went to a major hardware store and bought their best one which required minimal assembly. However, once assembled I could see there was about 5 to 8mm play in the cutting wheel assembly. I returned it immediately. Then i remembered the Tile Depot and shot over to Rosebank Rd. They had the perfect model in stock which had no play and was built to last and do a professional job. It also needed minimal assembly and came with a sturdy, hard plastic carry case, tools and spare cutter.nOn agreeing to purchase, the lady entered our details into the system to see we had previously bought some tiles. She then sold the cutter to us at trade price, to our surprise.nI always find TD, Rosebank Rd, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
